*My comments
I am impressed his speech. He told his experience in his speech, so I can imagine that situation easily. The graduated students may be exciting, and nervous, because they will start new life, challenge. His speech is suitable to them. He told his challenge, fail, success. Before listening his speech, i realized that all people should never stay, and try to new until we will die.
